Iverson was the king of that (Marbury too). I don't think traveling is as much an issue in college as it is the NBA.

Re dunking, if you are a senior citizen then you remember the 1970s when dunking was not allowed. I remember Bill Walton dropping the ball in the hole on his way to making 21-22 (I think) at the old Arena in St. Louis
