Always a good question, but it really applys to all players.
They NEED to have "the want to" [attitude] when it comes to being a good rebounder. Most players seem more attracted to the putting the ball in the hoop that the other parts of the game.
The most important skill in any sport is in using their head. Do that well and even the not so athletic will look great.
