in possession of a gun or for brandishing it? Big difference. How was he resisting arrest? Actively fighting the cop or simply being a dick? Again big difference.
I usually side with the LEOs in these cases but too many important details were left out there and there was a definite slant to what was there. The writer made sure he was identified as a 1/6 protestor and even linked it to another 1/6 case but could not be bothered with the basic details of his shooting.
