I am still in the wait and see portion.

When he goes off, what you do not know is (and in most cases his team does not know either)

1. Is he just spouting off to get people to chase a ball
2. Is he using it to make a negotiation position
3. That is what he wants

The problem is when you are looking to make investments (and the market), uncertainty is not a good thing.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
