Role. After that worked fantastically, and even though both Haith and Fuller largely brought predominantly recruiting to the table, we decided in the offseason he would be demoted since he wasn’t recruiting and pushed him out. Then we never came close to recreating that dynamic.

Totally short sighted and self inflicted.
