Not using economic arguments, etc to justify their position.

The only Biblical argument that can be made is being subject to authorities.

There is a two fold problem with that. Christians are not commanded to follow unjust laws. Christian abolitionists ignored unjust laws on slavery and helped smuggle escaped slaves to the North. Christians helped Jews hide from Nazis and escape Germany. They didn’t point to Romans 13 and say “well it’s the law”.

The other problem is it is Christians who are actually the ones supporting the immigration laws and deportation. It is why such laws still exist, they choose not to work with non-Christian Democrats to remove such laws.
