Something this board needs to consider re: Pierce & Ant

I think the consensus in that Pierce had a bad game...maybe his worst as a starter. Several youthful mistakes. YET, he outscored two upperclassmen that were "supposed" to lead the team in scoring. Was second in rebounds, tied for second in assists, had a big block, and generally played good defense.
It's fine to say he had a "bad" game, but that's a pretty acceptable line for a bad game.
Robinson also made multiple mistakes and had one of his worst games. Yet, he also outscored Mitchell & Perkins, led the team in rebounds and assists, and did not miss a shot.
Youth is going to make mistakes. It does not mean they can't play.
No, I am not going to give them a pass for their mistakes. I expect them to continue to improve and clean it up. It just wasn't as bad as some of you think.
