pens and stalls. That was fine as long as their laws did not affect agricultural practices of other States. However, California and other liberal coastal blue States tended to overreach and extend their mandates to negatively impace livestock handling practices common in other States. States like Missouri and others in the Midwest. The new policies will have no impact on the 10th Amdt., but will free up the 40 or so livestock producing States from the expense of complying with goofy regulations dreamed up by coastal progs.
