Not a surprise some politicians have pointed this out in the past before Trump. Thomas Sowell went in depth on this as well.
The problem is that these Federal employee's are to entitled and should have zero protection from firing. They should be hired and fired at the whim of the current Administration. By being in constant fear of losing that income/retirement/Benefits it would make them more controllable as the civil SERVANTS that they are suppose to be.
