Explaining this in a way

Basically there are normal-impact-star-elite players

Impact players have a lower ceiling for progression but are more ready to contribute early on

Star players may not be ready right away but have a much higher ceiling to become great

I would classify Boateng as a star, just needs time to develop his skills more

And like mentioned he has a lot of older production ahead of him on this years team
