plan due to the Portal nonsense. At any point any of these players can just enter.

There has to be some sort of rules around that or you just have to kind of wing it as you go.

The only people that truly have a plan are the coaches talking to the players every day, and even then they are blindsided from time to time when a player gets a better offer.
