but it needs to be someone OF color. You make the false assumption that people are or were screened out b/c of color before and it's a very stupid and outdated assumption. And yes, someone who does not have the appropriate qualifications shouldn't be hired just b/c of their skin, regardless of color. You are in fact exactly what is wrong with the country. Stop judging people on their color and start looking at their character.
