Indeed it is, but that is what they had in the children's section of the St. Charles County Library system for more than 6 months after a Mother discovered it, raised hell, recruited others and raised hell with the library board for months on end.
Several months in they agreed to put those graphic materials behind the librarian's desk so that people would have to ask for them, rather than having them on public display.
I believe that some 600+ LGBTQ+ books were purchased by the new head of the library system before he eventually left because of the furor he had caused.
I think that the St. Louis County Library system, like many others around the country also have graphic books and many others that the taxpayers would not approve of.
