Not sure he if he realizes that we don't currently have office space for all of those employees. Work at home and flex-work plans have been in place for a whole. Most government departments don;t have anywhere near the office space for all of their employees to suddenly show up in the building at once. Would cost a ton of additional money if we need to procure work space sufficient to have everyone "in the office".
