and sales that some Congress members need to answer for. A lot of politicians profit from their notoriety after they leave office. That is not illegal nor unethical (for the most part). They should not be profiting from inside information they have as elected officials. That's called insider trading and is already illegal. Any politician should be punished for that, regardless of party affiliation.
