Without him teams will just hound their ball handlers and sell out on the perimeter, and they'd get eaten alive on teh glass. They are not very athletic and seemingly not much in terms of consistent shooters. Dickinson opens up everything they do. He literally averages a double double a game and even gets assists and steals at a decent rate for his position.
