desire to be a man? One would think that if you have a muscular or cerebral ailment, it would make it hard express masculinity or femininity. Inability to fix your hair, put on makeup, or groom oneself, would make most females appear more masculine. Her disability is so severe, she was probably never going to use her breast for their intended purpose, so this limits her chances of breast cancer, but the video of her sitting there with scars and colored hair isn't flattering to her parents.
