that Mizzou gives him a great combination of pay (nearly $10M/year) and job security (relatively low expectations) compared to the majority of SEC and B1G schools.

I'd stay too if I were him. Why take a job at Florida where the pressure to win is much higher and you'll be canned in 3 or 4 years unless you consistently reach the playoffs.
