have already ponied up for their guy. Who wants to go from a title contender to a team that doesn't get much media attention before going into the draft? He would most likely go to a team that is less talented, and then that would have an affect on his stats. There is still a risk of a career ending injury. Players skip one bowl game to avoid an injury, another season has far more risk.
