I appreciate the intent behind this but government is forever King of Unintended Consequences.

Straight up preventing commerce of things that are legal to buy and sell is interesting.

What constitutes a solicitation? A billboard on the highway saying "I'll buy your property"?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
