meaning you had to give the player with the ball some space to be able to make a basketball move. I thought the Florida guy could have been in Perkins cylinder.

But yeah that rule regarding hitting a player in the groin is kind of wild. I'm guessing most of the time it's not an elbow to the groin. The punishment seems a little too harsh to me.
