I ordered an item that couldn’t be purchased in a store. Based on the tracking photo, The item was delivered to somebody else’s front porch. When I went to request a refund, Amazon states on their web site to check with my neighbors than after that they’ll evaluate.

JFC, Amazon might be dumber than you.
