As BowlBoundTiger pointed out, the players are getting everything they want through the courts.

So with that in mind, what do you think the players will be willing to give up voluntarily — and in exchange for what exactly?

They already have maxed out revenue-sharing, unlimited pay-for-play through NIL, and unrestricted free agency.

What more do they need?

There are basically zero restrictions, and the NCAA can't do a goddamn thing about it because of the favorable court rulings.

In other words, the players have absolutely no reason to deal with the NCAA or make any compromises.

So again, please be specific about how this can be resolved through "working with the players".
