actually DO THE JOB, it's just that they GET the job.

And get paid for having the job.

And they get promoted, rewarded and recognized for being the first left handed black, lesbian capricorn midget transgender felon.

That person must be celebrated. But he/she doesn't have to actually perform the duties of the job. That would be racist, homophopic, midget phobic and capriphobic.
