scuffles with a cop is charged and jailed?

No officers were killed on Jan 6th despite what you will hear from the left. One person was killed and that was by a rogue officer. To my knowledge none of the capitol police suffered any significant injuries.

There is no reason that anyone from Jan 6th is still in jail.
