One of the few winnable games on our SEC schedule.
Georgia is just a bad team, 8-8 overall, 0-2 in conference after losing to Vandy by 26 and Florida by 16. Their current NET rank is 133.
They have one decent win, over Clemson, 75-68, who has a NET of 45. Their other 7 wins have come against teams with NETs 150+.
The WarrenNolan site, which has a ton of data, including Quadrant records, uses a predictive model for future games, and predicts Georgia will go 1-15 in SEC play, with their only win being over Arkansas at home.
That site predicts we will go 3-15, with our only wins being over Georgia and Arkansas on the road and Florida at home (Sunday).
If we can’t beat Georgia on Thursday, the wheels are really going to come off.
My most likely wins the rest of the way, from most likely to least, are:
1. At Arkansas
2. At Georgia
3. Florida at home
4. Miss St at home
5. At TAMU
