a car was stuck trying to pull into a neighborhood along our way. we decided to be good citizens and jump our and give him a push. unfortunately the dumb ass was one of those who thought if he just floors it, he'll eventually gain traction. so we keep telling him to go light on the gas and try to rock it forward to get momentum, but he can't help himself and keeps flooring it. eventually we get him pushed forward enough that he starts going down hill and gets about a block before he's stuck again. my son said "should we go help him again?" and i said screw that he's on his own at this point.

afterward i was huffing like a mofo. actually got worried that i gave myself a heart attack.
