he commands as much respect as a lot of Head Coaches do. Just from the Dolphins documentary thing he just comes off really wanting to be everyone's best friend. That works well when you're winning and everything's going ok but when it's not i'm not sure how much they respect him as the HC at the end of the day. Salah from the Jets was similar to that, he's just an even bigger cheerleader. Both seem more like coordinators than head coaches.
