Director of the FIB just gave a long winded, self-aggrandizing speech about methods, policies, and procedures that he said was being offered in the name of transparency.
The FIB seems to have a new SAC, or special agent in charge. The first one couldn't wait to tell us that this was not an active terror.
The new guy seems very interested in telling us everything that happened and everything the FIB does and everything the FIB did and talking as if we are all 12 years old. He's not giving an update as much as he is a review of all the great things the FIB does.
Like the first speaker, he was careful to thank other people in the FIB for their great work.
