Texas "didn't play anybody" - Indiana didn't "play anybody"

Notre Dame "didn't play anybody" - now it's Penn State that
"didn't play anybody"

Mizzou's conference did NOT include LSU, Ole Miss Georgia, Florida or Texas. Did they too "not play anybody"?
