Highest KP conference rating since ACC in 2003-04

There hasn't been a conference this dominant in college basketball in twenty years, per Ken Pomeroy.
That year, all but two teams in the league were in the top 26 in KP rankings along with UVA at 66 and Clemson at 107. ACC had a rating of 20.32 that year. SEC is rated 20.13 this season--third best since KP started keeping track in 1997.
The best rating, is ACC 1996-97, with a 21.32. Every team in the league was in the top 70, and all but one were in the top 31.
