from a coach of Ferentz's career with Iowa. At best, you may get 2 more season's of 8-9 wins (depending on their schedule). Of course after that time the talent well may be a bit dry because I'm not sure he will recruit well eneough (portal and high school) going forward.

If you move on now, it all depends on the new coach. May do well or could go through the Nub experience and then 8 win seasons are missed bug time.

Either way, the next coaching selection is critical.
