are unquestionable. He got the most of his abilities and led us to a lot of wins and a great number of comebacks. That being said, I think the evidence shows many of those comebacks were necessary because of inconsistent, lackluster QB play earlier in the game. I will always reflect fondly on Cook, but I do hope our future includes quarterbacks with better field vision, the ability to step up in the pocket, and better instinct, accuracy and arm strength to throw receivers open.

To be clear, I appreciate what Cook did for Mizzou, and I would always be happy to buy him drinks if given the opportunity. He is a true son.
