when they mattered. it’s really as simple as that. They’ve been competitive and won bowl games and division titles. They’ve accepted the fact they aren’t on par with Ohio State and Penn State budget wise and will never compete for that kind of talent. He’s really not very different than what Pinkel accomplished when he was at Missouri- generally considered the best coach in Missouri historyor one of the best
