almost none of this is about border protection.

It is about how we deal with people that are in this country.

Should we regulate who can or cannot be hired by companies? Should we use stolen money as welfare for these people? Does government stop true crimes from being committed, or punish them?

Those are the root issues, not the physical border.

Clean those up, and the rest will follow.

But this is the problem with government. They are always intervening in the wrong spots, and as a result, there are more consequences to those decisions.

Let the market figure most of these things out on its own.
