To work for him. To learn, build the resume, help their careers etc. And, whole I've never been, I've heard Chapel Hill is a beautiful campus and a great place to be. IF he can attract really good coaches and recruiters..then he will get quality players who know what they are signing up for. I mean...it could work well...or ..go down in flames...will be mist see TV next year for sure.
