The location and opponent could change based on wins and loses but that is not a reseed

A reseed would be akin to changing the 2 and 3 seeds if the hey both won their first round game. Or taking a wild card team that goes 15-2 and is the 5 seed initially and making them the 2 seed should they beat the 4 seed
