How to make college playoff even better…

Have the ticket distribution be closer to 50% so they are more like NCAA basketball regionals. If a fanbase does t sell their alottment only then open it up to a home team waiting list.
Was watching Notre Dame game last night and couldn’t help but think how much better of a game atmosphere it would have been if their were more Indiana fans. The somewhat unique think about bowl games is the opposing crowds going back and fourth creating an ebb and flow. Compared to a home crowd where it’s pretty one sided.
The NCAA basketball tournament is the gold standard. But even without regionals we can still learn from what makes it a success.
