Whispering joe was stupid, lazy, inarticulate and infirm and getting progressively worse.
Both would need puppet masters to make decisions and tell them what to say and what to think.
But chuckles could have stood up at a podium for ten minutes and read the teleprompter. She could have then found the right way to exit the stage.
If by some miracle, screaming joe biden had executed the perfect basement strategy in 2024 and won, he would have had to have been replaced before his term ended.
Either of them would have embarrassed our nation. Neither were aware enough to have been embarrassed themselves.
