Anyone have any idea why Odom didn’t take his OC with him?

He was in the mix for UNLV job but they decided to go with Dan Mullen, but once he struck out on that it would have made sense to follow Odom
Great young(ish) OC and a huge reason UNLV was so successful. Weird move.
