This is a total joke! He’s had plenty of years already and this opens up a can of worms for many other players to get more years of eligibility. At some point we need to get back to players only having 4 years of eligibility unless they redshirt and get an additional year. Why should his time in JUCO not count for him, but count for all the other players that start in JUCO.
