For the last 4 AQ bids, it's always 16 vs 16 seed.

For the last 4 at-large bids, it's typically 11 and/or 12 seeds (depends on how many at-large bids are "stolen" by upsets in the low- and mid-major conference tournaments which effectively increase the number of AQ bids).
