I wonder what the media thought of trump's press

Seriously, did they find it refreshing to be able to ask questions and actually get answers from the president?
My guess is they feel that but won't admit it and they simultaneously want to find a way to twist trump's words to hang him with in three years.
I imagine there were some from smaller independent outlets that actually thought, "Holy schit, he's actually answering questions with multiple sentences.
After pickle-like responses that are not answers, they might actually feel pretty good.
This is a great opportunity for trump, as the contrast for the still sitting (sitting still) president of the united states is playing hide and seek while trump is doing the transparency thing.
