The growing season is hotter
Weather patterns have changed, although that is a mix of some climate changes and the El nino and El nina years.

Salmon production has probably been the most impacted directly.

To the point of an emergency or needing huge government intervention, I do not know, but how money is invested in agriculture for sure can be affected.
