I have been observing the desire for teams like Alabama to have lighter O -lineman. I am very familiar with the Mouse Davis type offenses. i also understad Huepels O to an extent. We may hae some success if we stick to the zone read offense. I really think for that O The kid from Cal. would be the best fit. I really think that Moore really wants Moss to implement his offense completely. We shall see. I hope that Kirby gets what he wants. If he gets Moss and he gets Coleman Watch out. this is what he wants and he plans on eating o lines up with those backs. I was an O- coordinatyor in high school and when I started I just kept with the Veer basic concept. As things progressed I started to coach kids to what I wanted ( position coaches as well). We had a certain group of patterns to run. based off of the Veer run schemes. Every now and then I would swich to the power I and run the USC power sweep or what ever pass i could set up for it. Tight end caught a few passes for us.
