...then arrange priorities of players (your draft board) with a $ attached... then the player has to accept... then you have to make sure current players are good with the $ they are getting and won't pull the ish the UNLV QB did to his team midseason.
It is a very weird process and personally as a longtime fan, I'd like to avoid another situation at QB as we had with Pyne and K. Bryant. Mizzou can't afford to f'up here given we have a great schedule next year.
Think about it, we have been blessed for a long time to have an above average QB back there.
