Evaluate talent has the Cardinals with a roster that is neither bad enough to tank or good enough to compete. Had the team been properly utilized, Kyle Tucker is the type of player that the cardinals would have targeted. Fans would have loved him.

The cards will never make another World Series under a Dewitt ownership.
