After this UNLV season, his stock was likely never going to be higher. If he wanted to get back to a real conference and huge payday, you take the job that comes along. And the coach he is replacing was so lost and clueless he cannot help but at least get in three seasons before things start to become problematic. I hope for him he does well.

Not to mention he already has a bunch of black and gold clothing in the back of his closet.
