No other sports league operates the way college football does - no draft, no salary cap, no unions, no revenue sharing outside of the conferences, no restrictions on transfers, and no way to prevent tampering.

The NCAA is powerless to do anything here so it'll either be federal legislation or we will a slow death of the sport. And I don't think the former is likely to happen.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
