Not all black hires are DEI hires.
Not all white hires are merit-based.
DEI is racial discrimination. Skin color should not be part of the hiring criteria. DRF serves on the board of a DEI-advocacy group, so there's no question that she supports the illegal and unethical practice of discriminating against applicants on the basis of race & gender.
